Tonight we pretended that we didn’t have responsibilities, kicked up our heels and actually enjoyed a night out on the town DURING the work week. We met up with the Shugarts via metro in Chinatown and had pho, a Vietnamese Noodle Soup. Then we went for cupcakes or gelato (whatever our fancy) at Red Velvet and Petango. It’s so nice to get out and enjoy our city on a workday.
In case you were wondering… I had the special cupcake of the day, and it was dark molten chocolate with a cherry center. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
